Skin Friction is a video about a woman and man, and their difficulties in communicating with each other. The woman is pregnent and is frightened about being abandoned by the man. She has great difficulties in deciding whether to keep it or have it removed. They are "scared" by their past and both vulnerable and frightened about trusting the other.
It gets strange when suddenly the woman starts getting sms messages from her former boyfriend...who commited suicide two years earlier.

The entire setting is one room wich is actually a model. The video shifts between a narrative theatrical form and a more abstrakt imagery. The dialogue is Icelandic.
